Honeywell RMU Program | System 57 to Touchpoint
Regions Affected: Global
Dear Customers and Colleagues,
Honeywell values your loyalty and appreciates your business. We also have been hard at work to develop the latest technology in gas measurement and detection. Harmonizing these to maximize your safety, we are excited to announce our Retrofit, Migration, and Upgrade (RMU) program to streamline the process of updating your legacy system with the most current technology.
Customers may take advantage of three potential RMU programs. First, get peace of mind with additional warranties which are available on new devices that replace legacy systems. Second, realize automated sensor or chemcassette order and shipment via our Sensor as a Service (SENaaS) program where sensors and chemcassettes are shipped in time to replace the end of service life component. The SENaaS program is designed to cover supply for a two-year period based on the published service life of your component. Third and finally, ask Honeywell about our “Buy Back” program where discounts can be applied to new devices when the legacy devices are returned to us.
Your System 57 gas detection controller has reached end of life. Spare parts are no longer available for many critical components, and should any one of those fail, your system would not be fully recoverable and your facility would be exposed to the risk of insufficient gas detection equipment. Fortunately, a new gas detection controller is available with Honeywell’s Touchpoint Plus and Pro models. To incentivize transition to the new systems, Honeywell is pleased to announce these RMU programs that offer discounts on extended warranties for the Touchpoint Plus and Touchpoint Pro controllers.
